This menu is the perfect example; A former Crab Rangoons, the famous and the most asked for snacks/appetizers in many Thai/Chinese restaurant abroad. All the credits go to the first Chinese cook who ever invented this all time favorite bites. Many experiments have been put into changing these babies into some fancy bites, salmon, shrimp…etc. It’s all back to basic, the best version is the most simple one… either lump crab meat or nothing at all for vegetarians here we add  just a bit of extra sweet and sour touch, our home made version-Thai style.
