This month we share the simple yet comforting Egg noodle stir fried recipe using the same technique as most restaurants do for their pasta dishes.
–Cooked the flat egg noodle in a pot of boiling water until translucent: Lay on sheet pan to rest, toss with some vegetable oil to prevent sticking
–Saute the mushrooms (any kinds you prefer) with rosemary and thyme , salt and pepper to taste
–Confit the garlic with vegetable oil, salt and pepper until just soft
–In a wok, stir fry the the cooked mushrooms, garlic confit, cooked egg noodle, smashed ginger with garlic oil and season with soy sauce, sweet dark soy sauce.. serve with cilantro leaves and thinly sliced green onion
