Aside from the cooking class part where the schedule comes out monthly, we have continued to do what we love and do best…cooking. We turned our cooking studio into a chef’s table lunch or dinner service (by reservations only) where the menus are humbly written a couple of days in advance before the meal according to the ingredients that we were able to source out at their best. Menus are set as a 6-course-meal just how Thais eat at home. From canape’s to appetizers- Main Samrab which we choose dishes to combine and eaten with rice follow by seasonal fruits to desserts and petite four with local herb tea to finish. We do one table at a time/meal (8-15 people) for 1,500 baht/pax.
All reservations must be made at a minimum of 3 days in advance.
